School notes

• As a full time performer, Joel is available to perform anytime throughout the year, day or night, at school events of all size and caliber. As always, Joel is friendly, flexible, and 45 minutes early.

• All assemblies are 40 minutes long and feature Joel Tacey as the sole presenter/performer.

• Assembly comes complete with backdrop, sound system, and all performance equipment. The school is asked to provide a performance space (gym/cafeteria combos work great), electricity, and a fun-loving, responsive audience.

• Per assembly, the maximum audience size is approximately 350 students. If there are more, we ask that you schedule additional assemblies.

• We realize the need to be flexible and every attempt on our part will be made to satisfy you, the client, and your needs.

• $395.00 for 1 assembly,
• $595.00 for 2 back to back assemblies

• Save $50: Each school saves $50 off their total if you help Joel visit a nearby school on the same day (ex. one school in the morning and a second school in the afternoon).

• Save $75: Choose any 2 assemblies, schedule them for the same school year and save $150 off the total amount.

• Save $100 with a "short-drive discount": Schools in the following Michigan Counties can take $100 off their total: Bay, Midland, Saginaw, Tuscola. To receive this discount, please mention it when confirming your assembly details.

• Save $100+ by combining the above discounts. That's right, there is no limit on combing the above discounts, so you can save big on Joel's exciting assembly line-up.

Joel schedules assemblies from 1 week to 1 year or more in advance. Generally, the best way to choose an assembly date is to call around 3 months ahead of time and check specific dates or simply specify a month (or week, or whatever works for your school) and Joel will work with you to choose an assembly date suitable for everyone involved.
